ABout artist

Marina was born on 03.09.1972 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk region.
In 1989 Marina Trushnikova entered and in 1994 she graduated from the Vladivostok Art College as a “painter-teacher”. She got higher education at Khabarovsk State Pedagogical University and graduated from the Art and Graphic Department in 2002. In 2011 she attended courses in Chinese painting and calligraphy at the University of Science and Technology, Liaoning, China.

From 1996 to 2021 worked as a teacher.

From 1996 to 2008, she was a teacher at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur City Art School.
2008-2012 – the founder and the teacher of Creative studio “Loriel” for adults, Vladivostok.

Since 2009 she is the author of an educational online project “Creative workshop with Marina Trushnikova”.

Marina has thousands of students around the world.

Marina Trushnikova began her exhibition activities in 1998, took part in Russian and international courses in fine arts, was their winner.

From 1999 to 2008 was chairman of the self-organized Association of Young Artists of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (TOMKA). During this time the association has organized 12 exhibitions and several city performances and art events.

Paintings of the artist are in private and museum collections in Russia, USA, China, Ukraine and many European countries.

Currently lives in Belgorod region.
